Apply for Funding!
Are you or your team in need of capital for exciting initiatives and projects? If so, look no further. Engineering Student Government is proud to sponsor dozens of campus organizations every semester! Please follow these steps to apply:
1) Read all of the information on this page. It updates frequently with announcements, useful information, and timing-specific application rules, so check back often.
2) Fully review the Funding Guidelines - they are the main rules on getting funds from ESG.
3) We have developed a sample budget that reflects the quality and detail we expect from your application; review it carefully to ensure that your submission conveys comparable information. A blank version is available for use as a template.
4) You’re ready to apply! If you are an individual, please see below for additional instructions. If you are representing a student organization, apply HERE. Make sure to read the additional instructions at the top of the form and within the questions.
Current Announcements
This semester we have about $24,000 of funds to disperse! This may be a lot, however we receive over fifty funding applications each semester. Please recognize that ESG may not be able to meet your funding need. In addition to applying with us, we recommend seeking funds from CoE or Central Student Government, or fundraising yourself. If you are unsure of the best way to proceed, feel free to email esg.treasurer@umich.edu.
